Sailing regatta team building in Trakai
Looking for team building in Trakai or near Vilnius? We organise real sailing regattas for company teams on the lakes of Trakai, about 30 minutes from Vilnius, Lithuania. Every crew is led by an experienced skipper, so no sailing experience is needed.
How the day works
- 10:45 Meet at the marina in Trakai, split into crews
- 11:00 Opening and safety briefing
- 11:15 Training with your skipper: tacking, gybing, basic terms
- 11:45–13:30 The regatta
- 13:30 Finish with Trakai Island Castle in the background
- 13:40–14:00 Awards ceremony and team photo

About us
For more than 20 years we have been organising sailing regattas for company teams. All our skippers hold offshore or ocean yacht skipper qualifications, with an average of 30 years of sailing experience. More than 50 company teams have already sailed with us.
What to wear
We recommend comfortable, windproof clothing and non-slip shoes with light-coloured soles. It is always cooler on the water than on shore, so bring an extra warm layer. On sunny days bring a hat and sunglasses. Life jackets are provided for every participant, and everyone gets a safety briefing before sailing. If the weather is not suitable, we agree with you on the next steps.
Season and booking
The sailing season runs from May to November; popular summer dates book early. The price depends on group size, duration, date and extras, so we prepare a tailored quote for every team.
